Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: 17 August 2026

This Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by ASTT. Global (“ASTT”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including public relations, brand strategy, consulting, marketing, communications, influencer marketing, creative direction, advisory and related professional services.

This Policy is intended to provide general information about ASTT’s commercial practices. The specific terms applicable to a client engagement will be set out in the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work, retainer agreement, consultancy agreement, invoice or other written agreement (“Client Agreement”).

Where the Client Agreement contains terms that differ from this Policy, the Client Agreement will govern that engagement, subject to applicable law.

1. Pricing

Fees for ASTT’s services are determined based on the scope, complexity, duration and requirements of each engagement.

Any pricing displayed on the ASTT. Global website or other public communication is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final fee, scope, deliverables, payment schedule and applicable taxes will be communicated to the client in writing before the engagement begins.

ASTT may revise its pricing for future engagements without affecting fees already agreed in a signed Client Agreement.

2. Taxes & Third-Party Expenses

Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional fees quoted by ASTT do not include applicable taxes.

Applicable taxes, including GST or other legally applicable taxes, will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

Certain engagements may require third-party costs, including but not limited to:

  • Influencer or creator fees
  • Celebrity fees
  • Media or publication fees
  • Production costs
  • Photography or videography
  • Venue and event costs
  • Travel and accommodation
  • Shipping and logistics
  • Paid advertising
  • Other external vendor or platform costs

Where such costs are not included in ASTT’s professional fee, they will be communicated to the client before being incurred wherever reasonably practicable.

Third-party costs approved or authorised by the client may be payable in addition to ASTT’s professional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be set out in the applicable Client Agreement, proposal, quotation or invoice.

ASTT may require an advance payment before commencing work.

For ongoing engagements, fees will generally be payable according to the agreed billing schedule.

Where an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment date, ASTT may, subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law, pause or suspend work until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Any resulting impact on project timelines will be communicated to the client.

4. Payment Methods & Currency

ASTT. Global may accept payments through various payment methods, banking channels and payment platforms, depending on the client’s location and the payment options made available for the relevant engagement.

ASTT may accept payments in different currencies where agreed between ASTT and the client.

The applicable payment method, currency and payment instructions will be specified on the relevant invoice, proposal or other payment communication.

Any bank charges, payment-processing fees, currency-conversion charges or similar costs imposed by a financial institution or payment provider may be payable by the client where applicable.

Payment is considered received when the applicable amount has been successfully credited to the designated ASTT account or payment provider, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.

5. Project Cancellation by the Client

A client may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice to ASTT.

The financial consequences of cancellation will depend on:

  • The stage of the project;
  • Work already completed;
  • Resources already allocated;
  • Third-party commitments or expenses;
  • The cancellation terms contained in the Client Agreement; and
  • Applicable law.

Where work has already commenced, ASTT may retain or invoice the portion of the fee reasonably attributable to services already performed and costs already incurred.

Cancellation does not automatically release the client from payment obligations that have already accrued under the Client Agreement.

6. Retainer Cancellation

For monthly or ongoing retainers, cancellation and notice requirements will be specified in the Client Agreement.

Where the Client Agreement does not specify a cancellation period, either party may request termination by providing 30 days’ written notice, subject to applicable law.

Fees properly due for services provided during the applicable notice period remain payable.

Any prepaid amount relating to a period after the effective termination date will be dealt with in accordance with the Client Agreement and applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

ASTT provides professional services involving time, expertise, research, planning, strategy, communication, project management and allocation of resources.

Accordingly, payments relating to services already performed, work already completed, resources already committed or third-party costs already incurred are generally non-refundable, subject to the Client Agreement and applicable law.

A change of mind, change in business direction, failure to use an available service, or decision not to continue with an engagement does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where a refund is required under the Client Agreement or applicable law, the amount will be determined after taking into account services already performed, costs already incurred and other amounts properly payable.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude any mandatory right to a refund or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Work Already Performed

Once ASTT has commenced work, the client remains responsible for fees applicable to services already performed.

This may include:

  • Research and strategy
  • Planning and consulting
  • PR outreach and media relations
  • Influencer and partnership outreach
  • Creative direction and development
  • Campaign execution
  • Project management and coordination
  • Client meetings and consultations
  • Other agreed professional services

Where appropriate, work completed up to the date of cancellation may be assessed against the agreed scope and fee.

9. Third-Party Costs

Where ASTT has incurred or become contractually committed to third-party costs on behalf of a client, those costs may remain payable by the client in accordance with the Client Agreement.

Examples may include payments or commitments relating to:

  • Creators and influencers
  • Publications and media
  • Production vendors
  • Photographers and videographers
  • Venues
  • Events
  • Travel
  • Advertising platforms
  • Other external suppliers

Where a third party provides a refund to ASTT, the applicable refundable amount may be passed on to the client, subject to the relevant Client Agreement and any applicable non-recoverable costs.

10. Changes to Scope

Any request to add, remove or materially change deliverables may result in revised pricing and timelines.

ASTT will communicate material changes in scope and any associated commercial impact to the client before proceeding wherever reasonably practicable.

Additional work is not included within the agreed fee unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Client Delays

ASTT’s timelines may depend on the timely receipt of information, approvals, products, assets, access, feedback or other materials from the client.

Where delays are caused by the client or circumstances outside ASTT’s reasonable control, the project timeline may need to be adjusted accordingly.

ASTT will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and revised timelines.

Client-caused delays do not automatically result in a reduction of agreed fees or cancellation of payment obligations.

12. PR, Media & Influencer Results

ASTT provides strategic communications and public relations services intended to create opportunities for media visibility, partnerships, influencer activity, brand awareness and related outcomes.

However, media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, platforms and other third parties make independent decisions that may be outside ASTT’s control.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing in a Client Agreement, ASTT does not represent or guarantee:

  • Publication by a particular media outlet
  • Coverage by a particular journalist
  • Participation by a particular creator or influencer
  • A specific number of media placements
  • A specific number of impressions or audience reach
  • Specific sales or revenue
  • A particular return on investment
  • Viral performance
  • Any other specific commercial outcome

ASTT will provide the services described in the applicable Client Agreement with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed scope.

Failure to achieve a particular third-party outcome does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund where ASTT has performed the agreed services.

13. Cancellation or Suspension by ASTT

ASTT may suspend or terminate an engagement where permitted under the applicable Client Agreement, including circumstances such as:

  • Material non-payment
  • Material breach of the Client Agreement
  • Failure to provide information or cooperation reasonably required to perform the services
  • A request to undertake unlawful activity
  • Circumstances where continuing the engagement would be prohibited by applicable law

Where ASTT suspends or terminates an engagement, the parties’ respective financial obligations will be determined in accordance with the Client Agreement and applicable law.

Fees properly due for services already performed or costs already incurred remain payable.

14. Rescheduling of Meetings & Consultations

Where an engagement includes scheduled meetings, consultations, workshops or strategy sessions, reasonable notice should be provided where a client needs to reschedule.

Any specific rescheduling, cancellation or missed-session terms will be set out in the applicable Client Agreement.

15. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer-protection, contractual or other legal rights apply, those rights will continue to apply.

16. Disputes

If a client has a concern regarding an invoice, payment, cancellation, refund or service, we encourage the client to contact ASTT promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved amicably.

Any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of the applicable Client Agreement.

17. Changes to This Policy

ASTT may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes to this website Policy will not automatically amend the terms of an existing signed Client Agreement unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by applicable law.
